About

Years ago, I left my home country and rebuilt my life from scratch, alone, in a foreign country, without even speaking the language. That experience taught me something no course ever could: what it actually feels like to lose every reference point and have to choose, piece by piece, who you’re going to become.

I started as a certified personal trainer, working with women on fitness, movement, and nutrition to help them get the body they’d always wanted. And it worked, I loved it and I saw real physical results, with most of them. At the same time, for others it did not. I noticed the same pattern in those who did not get the results they wanted. Those women would come to me for guidance, and after knowing exactly what they needed to do, yet still couldn’t bring themselves to do it. No matter how clear or personalized the plan was, they kept hitting an invisible wall. As the old saying goes, “You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink.” But it made me ask a deeper question: if they asked for help to reach the water, and the water is right in front of them, why can’t they drink?

That question pulled me into what, for many, might seem a completely different world: mindset, identity, and the way our subconscious thoughts quietly drive our habits. I became fascinated by the profound connection between mind and body, how what’s happening in someone’s head shows up in their physical health, and vice versa.

That fascination turned into years of continuous study across brain and mindset coaching, mindfulness practices, and mindful eating. Today, I keep deepening my studies in psychology and human behavior, not to offer clinical therapy, but to help my clients overcome self-sabotage, rebuild that same clarity I had to find for myself, and create a peaceful relationship with food, movement, and themselves.

Why IUNO Exists

Along the way, working with woman after woman, professionals, expats, mothers holding a hundred things together at once, I kept seeing the same pattern. Smart, capable women who quietly feel like they’re falling apart inside. Competent everywhere: at work, for their family, for everyone else… except, somehow, with themselves.

I know that reality far too well, because it was my reality too. Feeling that constant disconnect, pushing through burnout, and telling yourself to have it all together while quietly unraveling inside is exactly what pushed me to step back, understand the root cause, and dedicate my work to changing this cycle.

Most coaching treats this in pieces: a workout routine over here, a diet plan over there, and some surface-level mindset advice bolted on the side. IUNO exists because I don’t believe in fragments. Mind, body, and habit mechanics are one single system, and change only really sticks when you work with all of them together.

Who This Is For

Maybe you’re the woman everyone leans on, always “fine,” holding everything together for everyone else, and unable to remember the last time you did something just for yourself.
Maybe you’re navigating a major life transition, a new country, a new balance between career and family, the growing sense that the path you’ve been on no longer fits, and you feel lost without a clear direction.
Or maybe you’re simply exhausted: tired of the endless cycle of rigid diets and punishing workouts, and finally ready to make peace with your body, your food, and your energy.
You shouldn’t have to choose between ambition and peace of mind. You shouldn’t have to burn yourself out to prove that you can do it or that you care about the people around you.
What I offer isn’t a quick fix. It’s the guidance, structure, and honesty I wish someone had given me when I was starting out, so you can stop just performing your life, and actually start living it.
